Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great care in crafting our products and services, and we want you to feel fully supported in your experience with The Wellness Potion.

Handmade Products (Oils, Body Butters, Teas)

Due to the nature of our handmade, small‑batch products, there are no refunds or exchanges on oils, body butters, or teas. These items are created fresh and cannot be resold or returned for safety and quality reasons.

Classes & Private Appointments

There are no refunds for the purchase of classes or private appointments. If you are no longer able to use your services, we are happy to help by offering:

  • A credit for the remaining value of your unused services

  • This credit may be applied toward retail purchases, gift cards, or transferred to another student

Package Expiry & Price Adjustments

  • All private session packages expire after 6 months from the date of purchase

  • All purchases are subject to a price adjustment after 365 days, in alignment with our annual pricing updates
