Cancellation Policy

To respect both your time and mine, all private Pilates sessions require 24‑hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

What You Need to Know

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged the full session fee.

• No‑shows are charged in full.

• Late arrivals cannot be extended past the scheduled end time.

• If you need to adjust your appointment, please do so as early as possible so your spot may be offered to another client.
